Operations Full-Time / Contract Nairobi, Kenya

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all Aquila projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Conduct site visits and oversee installations
  • Ensure quality control and compliance
  • Prepare project reports and handover documentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years experience managing technical projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in solar, electrical, fire, or security systems is an advantage

Licensed Electrical / Solar Engineer

Technical Retainer / Part-Time Nairobi, Kenya

Provide technical leadership, system designs, and compliance oversight for solar and electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design solar PV and electrical systems
  • Supervise commissioning and testing
  • Support EPRA and regulatory documentation
  • Sign off on technical drawings and reports
  • Mentor technicians and junior staff

Qualifications & Skills

  • EPRA Licensed Electrical Engineer / Technician
  • Strong solar PV system design experience
  • Familiarity with Kenyan electrical codes and standards

Business Development & Sales Executive

Sales Commission-Based (with growth to Full-Time) Nairobi, Kenya

Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new clients and projects
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Follow up leads and close sales
  • Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and corporates

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven sales or business development experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Install solar PV systems, fire equipment, and security systems
  • Conduct routine servicing and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on site

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or certification in electrical, solar, fire, or security systems
  • Hands-on installation experience
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel when required

Finance & Administration Officer

Manage financial records, invoicing, and administrative support for the company.
